Crane Manufacturer Take Over Deal

Chinese heavy lifting gear and crane manufactures Jiangsu Three Horses Crane Manufacture Co Limited have entered into talks with Konecrane who have expressed a letter of intent to acquire the company.

All parties are looking for an agreement to be negotiated and settled in the New Year. The company is based just 2hrs from Shanghai in the city of Jingjiang and currently employs over five hundred staff.

Konecranes is ideally suited to acquire the company and the takeover would help them to increase business in the China and Asia markets. Given the nature of involvement they have in such matters the Chinese Government will scrutinise developments of the negotiations and any possible deal moving forward.

Koncranes has a history dating back to 1910 and following a series of acquisitions and take overs its multimillion pound turn turnover leaves it standing proud as one of the worlds leading crane and heavy lifting gear manufacturers
